When should I expect to receive my tickets by mail?

Tickets are mailed from the the middle to the end of August. Patron and Reserved tickets ordered after August 27 will be held at will call. General Admission tickets will be mailed through Wednesday, September 10. After this point, they will be held at will call. If your tickets have not arrived by the week prior to the event, please contact us.

What does “will call” mean?

If your tickets are in will call, it means that they will be held for you to pick up at the door starting at 5:30 p.m. on event night from the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall box office.

Are tickets refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Where can I buy tickets in person?

Advanced full series subscriptions to Portland Arts & Lectures, can be purchased through our office. We are here Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and may be contacted at 503.227.2583. Individual tickets can be purchased from Portland Center for Performing Arts box office from Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and through TicketMaster for an additional processing fee. Tickets are available on event nights at the hall’s box office, unless the lecture is sold out.

Who qualifies for a youth ticket?

Youth tickets are available for people of high school age and younger with student I.D. in person from Portland Center for Performing Arts box office from Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
