When should I expect to receive my subscription tickets by mail?

Subscription tickets for the 2011/2012 series are sent in the second week of August. If you order after August 15, you can expect your tickets within five days of purchase. Tickets ordered within two weeks of the event will be held at will call.

If you do not receive your tickets within the outlined dates, please contact us.

What if I have a promotional code?

If you have a promotional code for discounted subscriptions, please select the order and quantity that reflects the price of the ticket(s) that the promotion entitles you. In the notes box, please enter the promotional code and the quantity and section in which your seats will be. Because our website is not set up well to handle promotions, please call if you have any questions or concerns. We can easily handle your order over the phone.

What does “will call” mean?

If your tickets are being held at will call, it means that they will be held for you to pick up at the door starting at 5:30 p.m. on event night from the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall box office.

Are tickets refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Where can I buy tickets in person?

Series tickets are available through our office only! You may purchase online.

Single tickets may be available for purchase from Portland Center for Performing Arts box office Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and through Ticketmaster for an additional processing fee. Tickets are available on event nights at the hall’s box office through PCPA, unless the lecture is sold out.
